Sharon Freedman

Pilates, Barre & Yoga Teacher

Sharon discovered Pilates whilst she was a Personal Trainer in her early 40’s. “I attended pilates classes for quite a few years and loved it. I felt it was functional & healing at the same time. I was challenged but not left exhausted. I also knew I could do this for a long time and continue to improve and enjoy the journey”. She went on to study Pilates teaching with Studio Pilates and then went to repeat her training with STOTT PILATES. She has a deep understanding of the method and especially loves the rehabilitation side. Sharon has completed many other courses and workshops to help people discover their true potential and ability. She also loves helping people exercise a little outside their comfort zone. “Pilates and Yoga are my exercises, I love them because of their continual challenge and practise.

They improve my physical and mental wellbeing.  I will be doing them both for a long time to come. Pilates is not a fad. It is here to stay, as more and more people find out about pilates, they become pilates addicts like myself.” Sharon is an accredited Pilates teacher with certificates in Reformer, Mat, Wundachair, Barre Attack & BOXILATES (Boxing with pilates). Sharon has also completed InYoga teacher training.   She loves yoga for its ability to calm and strengthen the mind.  Yoga is challenging whilst nurturing.  I think yoga should be included in everyone’s wellness routine. She is the owner and Studio Director of Pilates360.
