REFORMER BASICS
Our Reformer Basics classes are a fundamental workout on the reformer.
REFORMER WORKOUT
This is our signature reformer class - it is fast-paced and dynamic. You will require some experience on the reformer.
REFORMER FIT
Pilates & Fitness a match made in heaven. This class is for those love pilates but but wish to incorporate more fitness into their workouts.
REFORMER MOBILITY AND FLEXIBILITY
Research shows that longer stretch holds done regularly will significantly benefit your flexibility.
REFORMER STRENGTH
In this class you will be taken through a strong workout using the reformer. This is not a typical pilates workout, it's emphasis is on strength & conditioning your entire body & making sure your core muscles effectively activate & switch on.
REFORMER WITH JUMPBOARD
In this class there is a the added dimension of dynamic cardio conditioning. Enjoy jumping with no strain to the joints especially the knees. This workout still follows all the Pilates principles and is core-focussed. You may even leave a little sweaty!
MAT PILATES

Mat Basics is a traditional pilates practice on the mat. In a small group you will learn & practise exercises from the original repertoire that were designed by Joseph Pilates for a strong body starting with a strong core.
