Reformer Workout

Reformer Workout is a challenging class for Pilates students of all levels. This class incorporates a variety of Reformer exercises to give you a full-body workout. You will build strength, endurance, and flexibility. This class is ideal for students who are looking for a challenging workout that will help them achieve their fitness goals.

In Reformer Workout, you will perform a variety of Reformer exercises, such as leg presses, rows, overhead presses, planks, and crunches. You will also incorporate props, such as the Reformer foot-bar and foam roller, into your exercises. If you are looking for a challenging Pilates class that will help you achieve your fitness goals, Reformer Workout is the class for you.
