Reformer Fit

Reformer Fit is a fast-paced, dynamic class that is designed to increase your endurance and cardiovascular fitness. This class incorporates a variety of Reformer exercises and props to give you a challenging workout. This class is ideal for students who are looking for a challenging workout that will help them improve their cardiovascular fitness.

In Reformer Fit, you will perform a variety of Reformer exercises at a fast pace. You will also incorporate props, such as the Reformer foot-bar and jump-board, into your exercises. If you are looking for a challenging Pilates class that will help you improve your cardiovascular fitness, Reformer Fit is the class for you.
