Reformer Basic

Reformer Basics is a beginner-friendly class that will teach you the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates. You will learn how to use the Reformer to perform a variety of exercises that target all of the major muscle groups, with a focus on core strength, flexibility, and proper alignment. This class is perfect for anyone who is new to Pilates or who wants to solidify their foundation in Reformer Pilates.

In Reformer Basics, you will learn the basic principles of Pilates, such as breath control, core engagement, and proper alignment. You will also learn how to use the Reformer to perform a variety of exercises, such as leg presses, rows, overhead presses, and planks.
