Reformer Advanced

Reformer Advanced is a class for experienced Pilates students who are looking for a challenge. In this class, you will learn complex Reformer movements and techniques. You will also focus on combining strength and technique in your exercises. This class is ideal for students who want to take their Pilates practice to the next level. In Reformer Advanced, you will learn complex Reformer exercises, such as advanced lunges, twists, and inversions. You will also learn how to combine strength and technique in your exercises to create a challenging and effective workout. If you are an experienced Pilates student who is looking for a challenge, Reformer Advanced is the class for you.

Tailored for clients with a minimum of six months of regular attendance in our workout classes, our sessions are not suitable for pregnant individuals and those currently managing injuries.
