Open Level Reformer

Reformer Open Level is a class for students with some Pilates experience. In this class, you will learn more intermediate Reformer exercises and techniques. You will also focus on refining your form and technique. This class is ideal for students who are ready for a challenge and who want to continue to improve their Pilates practice.

In Reformer Open Level, you will learn more challenging Reformer exercises, such as advanced leg presses, rows, overhead presses, and planks. You will also learn how to incorporate props, such as the Reformer foot-bar and foam roller, into your exercises.
