Meet Margret, our dynamic and passionate business owner and Pilates instructor with a Diploma in Professional Pilates Instruction, registration with Pilates Alliance Australasia (PAA), and Polestar Pilates training in Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and Studio Pilates. With a strong focus on fostering holistic well-being, Margret’s classes aim to leave you feeling not only physically empowered but also mentally prepared to conquer any challenges that come your way.

Margret has personally experienced the transformative power of Pilates, having found relief from back pain through consistent Pilates workouts. Her classes incorporate a blend of traditional Pilates exercises, ensuring a complete and invigorating full-body workout for her clients. Beyond her expertise in Pilates, Margret is also known for her caring and dedicated approach. Her positive attitude shines through in her teaching, and she firmly believes in the adage, “You are the master of your own destiny.” As a testament to her diverse background, Margret holds an Advanced Diploma of Business Management & Hospitality, bringing a wealth of managerial and operational knowledge to the Pilates360 team.

Margret did her mat and reformer pilates training through Polestar Pilates.
Before becoming a pilates teacher, Margret worked in the hospitality industry. She has an Advanced Diploma of business management – Australia and an Advanced Diploma of hospitality – Germany. Margret is also an award winning sommelier with an “Australian wine list of the year” award.
She started Personal Training when she was 26 to fix some back pain she had from work. Her first personal trainer was a professional powerlifter so she did strength along the way and felt no more back pain. Her focus from exercise was weight gain through muscle growth and losing body fat along the way.
In 2019, with a friend, she tried pilates at Pilates360. Margret fell in love with Pilates straight away and by the end of 2019, she began her teacher training journey at Polestar Pilates.
Margret’s goal when she teaches a class is for her clients to leave feeling physically and mentally ready to tackle any obstacle. She believes a strong body comes with a strong mind and vice versa. Join her class and experience a full body workout with a lot of focus on mind body connection.
Margret describes herself as a dedicated and caring person. A positive attitude is important for her, especially when things are not going according to plan. She is a big believer of the saying: You are the master of your own destiny”, and “Fall down, stand up, straighten your crown & carry on”.
