Sharon Freedman
Studio Director
Sharon discovered Pilates whilst she was a Personal Trainer in her early 40's.
"I attended pilates classes for quite a few years and loved it. I felt it was functional & healing at the same time. I was challenged but not left exhausted. I also knew I could do this for a long time and continue to improve and enjoy the journey".
She went on to study Pilates teaching with Studio Pilates and then went to repeat her training with STOTT PILATES. She has a deep understanding of the method and especially loves the rehabilitation side.
Sharon has completed many other courses and workshops to help people discover their true potential and ability. She also loves helping people exercise a little outside their comfort zone.
"Pilates and Yoga are my exercises, I love them because of their continual challenge and practise. They improve my physical and mental wellbeing. I will be doing them both for a long time to come.
Pilates is not a fad. It is here to stay, as more and more people find out about pilates, they become pilates addicts like myself."
Sharon is an accredited Pilates teacher with certificates in Reformer, Mat, Wundachair, Barre Attack & BOXILATES (Boxing with pilates).
Sharon has also completed InYoga teacher training. She loves yoga for its ability to calm and strengthen the mind. Yoga is challenging whilst nurturing. I think yoga should be included in everyone's wellness routine.
She is the owner and Studio Director of Pilates360.

Monica Makmud
Studio Manager/Pilates & Barre Teacher
Monica is a STOTT Pilates fully certified instructor. She is certified to teach in mat and all equipment, including reformer, stability chair, cadillac, ladder barrel, spine corrector and arc barrel.
Monica has a degree in psychology. She has had a fulfilling career as a psychologist and works in companies to handle human resources. After moving to Australia and becoming a full time mum, she became inactive. What comes after is years of sedentary living, multiple body pains, problems and injuries. She then started
doing various exercises to help her feel better, from yoga, barre, aerobics, kickboxing and running.
But she then truly fell in love with pilates because she found deeper understanding about her body, and she decided to become a teacher. She started her teacher training in functional anatomy. That course impacted her greatly personally and she decided to go deeper doing training in Mat Pilates, Reformer, and Barre. She found passion in the anatomy of movement and found happiness in helping people with injuries to manage their condition and live a pain-free
life.
Monica’s classes focus on empathy and understanding your bodies, what are its weaknesses and how to work around it, and at the same time also knowing your strengths and keep progressing to be the best you can be.
In her free time she loves walking, and spending time with her family. Her motto in life is ‘Keep Moving Forward’.

Charlotte Twitchell
Pilates & Barre Teacher
Charlotte is trained in STOTT Pilates methodology as a Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor. She also has a B.S. in Kinesiology and is a certified massage therapist.
Charlotte grew up with Pilates alongside her Ballet training as a very young child of 11 years. She felt very comfortable with the repertoire before ever deciding to officially go in to teach it, and was offered the
opportunity in University to add the certification onto her degree in movement.
She has been teaching movement since 16 years of age, as most dancers do in their training. The long and extensive timeline has
helped her feel at home in a teaching role.
As a teacher, Charlotte’s teaching style is influenced both by her dance training and her deep passion for knowing the body’s mechanics and structures. It is a mix of deeply meditative, somewhat imagery based, and deeply anatomical. She loves to help people become intimately familiar with the muscles they are using, why and when they need to be used, how to relax them, and most importantly how not to judge and to fully enjoy their movement.
For her, the experience she wants when taking the class is the experience she’d like to provide. She strives for a fun, soothing and engaging atmosphere where hard work will seem easier and enjoyable.
Charlotte has a lot of hobbies, as she often gets quickly bored of one thing and needs to pick up another. She has always been quite talented with sketching, painting, and clay work, so those are often her go-tos for
entertainment. She also knits, sew, and crochet, though it wasn’t necessarily her favorite. Her newest hobby, Roller Skating, is her newest favorite, as it combines movement, dance, and a third new challenge, rolling around gracefully. She loves cooking, but doesn't consider essential household chores as hobbies, and she is a
professional dancer as well, which is her passion in life.
“My favorite quote is something my mother used to say, though I’m not sure she coined it - Say what you mean, and mean what you say, but don’t say it mean- it’s more important to me now more than ever. I truly
think kindness and compassion is more important than any other human trait because it cascades into other
positive qualities.
Charlotte’s qualifications:
STOTT Matwork (2015)
STOTT Reformer Training (2019)
Certified Massage Therapist (2018)
B.S. in Kinesiology (2015)

I had never even considered pilates before I took advantage of the trial pack and now I love it. The Pilates360 staff are all knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They manage to structure classes so that everyone from beginner to expert has a great workout
Don
Just back from another fabulous class at Pilates360. The wonderful staff make this place really special.
Audrey
Pilates360 has something for everyone. The teachers inspire confidence and have diverse styles so each brings something different to their classes. The reformer classes vary from beginner classes to more athletic workouts, and teachers tailor workouts to levels of experience and individual needs (including a chronic knee problem in my case). And with the barre and stretch classes, the studio provides an effective all-round workout. Importantly, all the classes are engaging and enjoyable; an hour goes by very quickly. And all of this takes place in a warm and welcoming environment. Everyone can benefit from Pilates, and Pilates360 is the ideal place for it.
Dan
I am enjoying my Pilates so much and have noticed a significant difference already in reduced aches and pains, flexibility and building strength. The teachers are so wonderful and helpful and I have also never been to a studio so clean!! I am so happy to have joined Pilates360!! You have such a fab team!! Thank you!
Hayley
I began my trial at Pilates360 with the honest intention of just doing a few classes and nothing more. That was a month ago - Pilates360 is absolutely addictive. Sharon, Cindy, Phoebe - all the staff have been absolutely magnificent. I always feel so fresh and awake after a class and whilst there are plenty of times I've struggled (those damn circuit classes) I keep coming back for more. I am the perfect example of someone who will find every excuse in the book to not go to the gym or workout - until now. Pilates360 is a fabulous alternative for someone who wants to be pushed, find muscles they never knew existed, sit up straight at work and feel just that bit more energy in life.
