Our Guarantee

  1. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any class taken by you at Pilates360, please advise us in writing within 7 days and we will provide you another class at no additional cost. If you don't want to take another class we'll refund the cost of the class taken.  No questions asked - our guarantee.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Introductory pack is for 3 classes to be taken at either/both locations over 2 weeks for $45 and is available only to brand new clients of Pilates360. You can only purchase this pack once. Your 2 weeks will start from the date of your first class (including a class you may book and late cancel or no-show).
  2. Our Transform Me membership allows clients to take unlimited classes in each month (from the date it begins), you can book one per day and take others on standby.  Late cancellations (within 12 hours) or no-shows for booked classes will attract a $15 late fee. Your Transform Me membership will automatically renew (and the purchase price will be charged to your chosen payment method) each month (on the same date) unless it is terminated or paused by you beforehand. Memberships can be paused at any time with 5 business days email notice to info@pilates360.com.au, the membership can be paused up to 4 times in any calendar year and for a maximum total of 8 weeks.  In order to terminate your membership you should email info@pilates360.com.au and 2 weeks email notice is required (any payments due in the notice period will be charged in full). No refunds will be given for an unused portion.
  3. Our Inspire Me membership allows clients to book and take 9 classes per month (from the date it begins), classes not taken within the month are forfeited. If you late cancel (less than 12 hours) or fail to turn up for a booked class it will be deducted in full from your account. Your Inspire Me membership will automatically renew (and the purchase price will be charged to your credit card) each month (on the same date) unless it is terminated or paused beforehand. Memberships can be paused at any time with 5 business days email notice to info@pilates360.com.au, it can be paused up to 4 times per calendar year and for a maximum total of 8 weeks.  In order to terminate your membership you should email info@pilates360.com.au and 2 weeks email notice is required (any payments due in the notice period will be charged in full). No refunds will be given for an unused portion.
  4. Inspire Me members can buy additional classes (the Inspire Me Members - Extra Class Option) for $25, this has an expiry of 30 days from the sale date.
  5. Our 10 pack membership is for 10 group classes with a 12 month expiry from your first booked class. It will automatically renew (i.e you will be charged) when the classes are used or the pack expires. Late cancels (within 12 hours) or no-shows will be charged in full (i.e a class will be deducted from your account). If you wish to terminate your membership you shouldemail info@pilates360.com.au and 2 weeks email notice is required, no refunds will be given for any unused classes.
  6. Special Offers - from time to time we offer specials on our packages. These cannot be combined with other discounts such as Promotions.
  7. Refer a Friend program - if you are an active client and refer a friend who is a new client and subsequently buys a Pilates360 class pack or membership (excluding introduction packages), you will receive in your Pilates360 account a $25 gift voucher. You will need to advise us by email of your referral and your friend will also need to confirm the introduction by email to us.

  9. Immediately before your first class with is you will be asked to complete our Pre-exercise Questionnaire form. We will review that form and reserve the right at our absolute discretion to refuse you access to the class and/or to request that you obtain a suitable medical clearance before attending our classes. If you are male over 50, female over 60 or have any significant history of health or physical issues that may be relevant to undertaking strenuous exercise you should seriously consider getting advice from your GP before undertaking a class with us. This process imposes absolutely no obligation on us in relation to your health which remains absolutely your sole responsibility.
  10. Our instructors are highly trained to give you a challenging, safe workout in a small group environment. If you refuse to accept their instruction in such a way that they become concerned (at their sole discretion) about your safety or the safety of other class participants, you may be asked to leave the class.
  11. We reserve the right to cancel any class unless there is a minimum of two (2) people pre-booked at least 12 hours prior to the class commencing. You will be contacted via text, phone or email should a class be cancelled.
  12. Cancellations/Rescheduling classes need to be made at least 12 hours prior to your class beginning. We understand sometimes unforeseeable circumstances can arise but class numbers are limited and we have to be fair and consistent with all clients, therefore NO exceptions will be made.
  13. If you late cancel, fail to turn up or turn up too late (more than 5 minutes) for a booked class you will be charged in full for that class. Platinum members will be charged a $10 late fee.
  14. Bookings (including Cancellations and Rescheduling) must be made online through our website www.pilates360.com.au. Bookings can be made up to 14 days before the scheduled class.  If you have any problems call us or email info@pilates360.com.au
  15. Payment must be made before or at the time of booking classes online, NO exceptions. To book into a class you must either have pre-purchased sessions in your account or pay at the time of booking. Class packages should be purchased through our website www.pilates360.com.au. If you have any problems call us or email info@pilates360.com.au.
  16. Out of consideration for the Instructor and other clients, and also for your own safety, please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class you will not be able to train.
  17. Socks are compulsory in our studios, this is to keep the equipment clean and hygienic for you and other clients. If you forget to bring socks we have them available for sale and we also usually have a clean, used pair you can borrow.
  18. If a class you particularly want is fully booked please sign up for the waiting list. We would also suggest you book into another class just in case.
  19. All of our packs are non-refundable and are not transferable between individuals and CANNOT be extended unless you are injured, in which case we will request a medical certificate. Extensions must be requested by email before the expiry date. Our packs cannot be shared with more than one person and are for individual use only.
  20. Trainers and classes are subject to change without notice. Pilates360 reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary.

Age limits and restrictions

Our classes are only available to people aged 13 or over.  If you are between 13 and 16 please discuss your exercise history with us before booking classes and we will be able to decide whether our pilates is suitable for you. We also provide classes with limited childcare services. Except for those classes children younger than 13 are not permitted in our studio and are not to be left in the reception area or the studio while you attend classes. You may be turned away from the studio should you arrive with your children as it is not a safe environment and can cause disruptions to other clients.

Personal Agreement

I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Pilates360 or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I agree that Pilates360 is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. Pilates360 does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to a Pilates360 staff member.
